Omar Kadir & Mozzy Connect On New Track Run The City

Omar Kadir has been making noise in the music industry from his 66k monthly listeners on Spotify to seeing almost a million followers on social media, Omar looks to shake things up even more with his new smash hit “Run The City” featuring Mozzy. The Track has since featured on Billboard and on Sirius XM as the “First Alert” record on Hip Hop Nation. Omar started his creative journey through dance now he looks to take over the music industry. He is a respected member of the dance community traveling and competing with the Flex Flave and Zulu Nation dance teams. His most notable achievement when it comes to dance is Placing Top 50 in Season 2 of So You Think You Can Dance. Over the years we have seen artists diversify and add to their skillset and Omar looks to lead the pack of new generation entertainers.

“The track is all about timing” Omar tells billboard. He continues: “My producer Gekko happened to fly in from New York to work on some records. And one of my close friends told me that Mozzy was ready to collab on a project together. As soon as he played it I automatically knew Mozzy would be the perfect fit for this record”. “When we both laid our verses I knew it would be perfect for a single”. “Getting Sirius XM & Billboard behind the record was also an amazing feeling.” Mozzy and Omar has worked before in the past and are working on even more music, the next thing for the two is to shoot the video and finalize a few tracks set to drop any day now.
