To end the interview I asked some questions about his craziest interviews, his top 3 in the game right now & to go into a little detail about SXSW for people who’ve never been:
What’s one for the craziest interviews you ever had ?
“Definitely shoreline mafia” he says laughing:
“They were so dope to interview they just didn’t have a lot of energy towards the end”
“I would also say Aron Ray & A. Chal” he continues: “They had some pretty crazy stories”
Being a Dj almost every night who would you say is your top 3 in the game right now?
“It’s hard to stay top 3 but I could definitely name a few: Drake, Jay Z, Kanye, Meek, Cardi B & Migos”
“Nipsey Hussle is also someone I see at the top also the news of his passing is really unfortunate & I send my prayers out to his family”
“Seeing what he accomplished as an independent artist made me have confidence in myself and definitely got me to where I am today”
What exactly is SXSW for people who haven’t been yet ?
“Basically the whole city of Austin shuts down. Every club is turned into a venue where artists can get booked & perform.”
